DESCRIPTION:  \nAUTUMN FORUM ON HEALTH AND SAFETY AT WORK\n– VRNJAČKA BANJA –\nDate: 24 – 25 October 2024\nSUBJECT:\nTOGETHER IN THE PREVENTION OF DISEASES AND INJURIES AT WORK \nIt is a legal obligation of all employers to regulate the employment and legal status of hired personnel\, organize occupational health and safety (OHS) and appoint their advisors/associates. The regulations allow employees to elect their representatives and form the OHS Committee. Unions have a natural function to fight for the improvement of working conditions. \nCOOPERATION AND COORDINATION\nUnderstanding own position is in the System of BZR and cooperation and coordination\, of all these categories of employees in a business entity are of key importance for the continuous improvement of the protection of people in the work processes. \nFOR ALL OHS EXPERTS\nTherefore\, Tehpro organizes a traditional autumn meeting for OHS professionals\, and others that are involved in any capacity in the field of health and safety at work:\nASSOCIATES/ADVISORS (OHS EXPERTS)\, ELECTED REPRESENTATIVES OF EMPLOYEES AND MEMBERS OF THE OHS COMMITTEE\, REPRESENTATIVES OF UNIONS\, HEADS OF LEGAL SERVICES\, HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGERS AND OTHER MANAGERS OF THE EMPLOYER RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAFE CONDUCT OF WORK PROCESS. \nMETHOD OF REALIZATION\nThrough lectures\, panel discussions and workshops\, all current OHS issues will be discussed and examples of best practice of joint work on improving health and safety at work will be presented.
