DESCRIPTION:Integrated Series of Workshops and Seminars \nEach module delivers knowledge\, the complete cycle delivers results. \nModern occupational safety and health (BZR) goes beyond administration and formalities. Today\, experts and organizations are expected to actively manage risks\, systematically develop a safety culture\, and achieve measurable results\, including meeting ESG requirements. \nBZR PROACTIVE is an integrated series of four interconnected thematic modules\, designed for BZR consultants and collaborators\, managers\, members of leadership\, and anyone who holds practical responsibility for the safety of people and the legal security of the organization. The program is designed to enable participants to:\n•	Respond correctly in critical situations (injuries\, inspections\, incidents)\,\n•	Connect daily BZR activities with ESG principles\,\n•	Systematically improve safety beyond mere legal compliance. \nEach module can be attended individually\, but together they form a complete and logical sequence – therefore\, each subsequent module is offered at a reduced price\, with the greatest value achieved by attending all four. \nMODULES WITHIN THE BZR PROACTIVE CYCLE \n3.	Organization of BZR Training and Workshops\nDate: March 10\, 2026\nWorkshop – Practical work on planning and improving training tailored to employees’ real needs.\nFrom obligation to impact\nHow to plan and deliver training that truly changes employee behavior\, with clear methods for measuring outcomes. Special emphasis is placed on the role of managers in implementing and supporting training. \n4.
