DESCRIPTION:PRIPREMNA NASTAVA ZA POLAGANJE STRUČNOG ISPITA U OBLASTI BEZBEDNOSTI I ZDRAVLJA NA RADU \nSa iskustvom od preko 30 godina u ovom poslu\, uspešno smo pripremili preko 3000 polaznika koji su nakon toga položili stručni ispit pred komisijom Ministarstva nadležnog za rad.\nOd 2016. god.\, ovo osposobljavanje radimo i kao Javno priznati organizator aktivnosti obrazovanja odraslih\, po Programu neformalnog obrazovanja odraslih – Osposobljavanje za obavljanje poslova bezbednosti i zdravlja na radu\, sertifikovanog kod Agencije za kvalifikacije. SUMMARY:RADIONICA IZ OBLASTI ZAŠTITE ŽIVOTNE SREDINE
DESCRIPTION:UPRAVLJANJE OTPADOM OD GRAĐENJA I RUŠENJA \nUpravljanje otpadom od građenja i rušenja predstavlja jedan od glavnih problema i izazova u vezi sa upravljanjem otpadom u Republici Srbiji. Prema podacima Republičkog zavoda za statistiku\, 2020. godine u Srbiji je generisano oko 729.000 t otpada od građenja i rušenja. \nIako postoji generalna zakonska obaveza da proizvođač otpada odvojeno prikuplja nastali otpad i sortira ga u skladu s budućim tretmanom\, praksa je pokazala da u našoj zemlji trenutno ne postoji praksa odvojenog sakupljanja otpada od građenja i rušenja\, i ne postoji šema za reciklažu ove vrste otpada. \nKako bi se ovaj problem rešio\, Ministarstvo zaštite životne sredine je poslednjom izmenom Zakona o upravljanju otpadom („Sl. glasnik RS“\, br. 36/2009\, 88/2010\, 14/2016\, 95/2018 (dr. zakon) i 35/2023) definisalo upravljanje građevinskim otpadom\, što je poslužilo kao osnov za donošenje Uredbe o načinu i postupku upravljanja otpadom od građenja i rušenja („Sl. glasnik RS“\, broj 93/2023). Ova Uredba\, koja je stupila na snagu početkom novembra\, bliže propisuje način i postupak upravljanja otpadom od građenja i rušenja\, kao i sve aktivnosti i mere koje se odnose na odvojeno sakuplјanje\, razvrstavanje\, transport\, skladištenje\, pripremu za ponovnu upotrebu\, ponovno iskorišćenje i/ili odlaganje građevinskog otpada. \nKako bi Vam pomogli da sagledate sve svoje obaveze u oblasti upravljanja otpadom od građenja i rušenja i uskladite poslovanje svojih kompanija sa ovim novim propisom\, organizujemo radionicu na kojoj će Vas eksperti TEHPRO-a koji imaju dugogodišnje iskustvo u oblasti upravljanja otpadom i zaštite životne sredine\, upoznati sa novinama koje ovaj propis donosi\, a odnose se na:\n• izradu Plana upravlјanja otpadom od građenja i rušenja i pribavljanje saglasnost na taj Plan;\n• uspostavljenje sistema za upravljanje neopasnim i opasnim otpadom od građenja i rušenja\, uz primenu propisanih mera;\n• transport\, tretman i odlaganje otpada od građenja i rušenja;\n• postupanje sa opasnim otpadom od građenja i rušenja koji sadrži azbest\, POPs materije ili živu. \nPRIJAVA\nDragana Rašić\, tel: +381 62 8081 483; e-mail: dragana.rasic@tehpro.rs

SUMMARY:ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION WORKSHOP
DESCRIPTION:CONSTRUCTION AND DEMOLITION WASTE MANAGEMENT \nConstruction and demolition waste management represents one of the main problems and challenges in the field of waste management in the Republic of Serbia. According to the data of the Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia\, in 2020\, around 729.000 tons of construction and demolition waste was generated in Serbia. \nAlthough legal obligation for waste producers to separately collect generated waste and sort it according to its future treatment already existed\, practice has shown that currently in Serbia there is no separate collection of construction and demolition waste\, as well as established scheme for recycling of this type of waste. \nIn order to solve this problem\, Serbian Ministry of Environmental Protection introduced in the last version of the Waste Management Law (“Official Gazette of the RS”\, Nos 36/09\, 88/10\, 14/16\, 95/18 and 25/23) provision related to construction and demolition waste management\, which served as the basis for the adoption of the Regulation on the Manner and Procedure of Construction and Demolition Waste Management (“Official Gazette of the RS”\, No 93/2023). This Regulation\, that entered into force at the beginning of November\, defines manners and procedures for construction and demolition waste management\, as well as all activities related to separate collection\, separation\, transport\, storage\, preparation for the reuse\, recovery and/or disposal of construction waste. \nIn order to help you get acquainted with all your obligations related to construction and demolition waste management and to implement provisions of this new legislation in your companies\, we organize this workshop.
