SUMMARY:RADIONICA - USAVRŠAVANJE ZNANJA STRUČNIH LICA ZA BZR
DESCRIPTION:Programska celina 1: Opšte i posebne mere u oblasti bezbednosti i zdravlja na radu: \nTEMA:\nHRONIČAN UMOR NA RADNOM MESTU I ZDRAVO RADNO OKRUŽENJE \nPozivamo Vas da nam se pridružite na radionici na kojoj će se\, iz različitih uglova\, razmatrati sindrom hroničnog umora i istaći značaj ranog prepoznavanja simptoma i reagovanja na njih. \nZAŠTO OVA TEMA? \nZato što je sindrom hroničnog umora ozbiljno stanje koje drastično narušava zdravlje ukoliko se ne reaguje na vreme. S obzirom na činjenicu da su mehanizmi i uzroci nastajanja postali predmet proučavanja psihofiziologije rada\, naši stručnjaci će\, iz različitih uglova\, ukazati na značaj pravovremenog prepoznavanja simptoma\, čije se manifestacije na polju psihičkog i profesionalnog\, mogu odraziti na radnu efikasnost. Navešćemo koja su prava i odgovornosti poslodavca u prevenciji\, prepoznavanju simptoma i reagovanju na njih\, u cilju sprečavanja apsentizma prouzrokovanog ovim sindromom. \nPostoji snažna interakcija između performansi zaposlenih i zdravog radnog okruženja. Na radionici će se razmatrati zdravo radno okruženje sa stanovišta Medicine rada\, kao i koliki značaj u stvaranju zdravog radnog okruženja imaju bezbednosna kultura\, jasna uloga u procesu rada i pravedan tretman. Biće predstavljeni primeri dobre prakse. \nCILJ RADIONICE\nKroz interaktivni pristup ovoj temi ukazaćemo na značaj ranog prepoznavanja simptoma ovog sindroma i ponuditi adekvatna rešenja. \nCILJNE GRUPE\nStručna lica za BZR\, menadžeri ljudskih resursa i specijalisti Medicine rada koji kod sebe ili drugih prepoznaju simptome bilo koje faze ovog sindroma. \nNAČIN REALIZACIJE\nEksperti iz Tehpro prezentovaće izlaganja po temama\, kao i primere dobre prakse. SUMMARY:WORKSHOP - IMPROVING THE KNOWLEDGE OF OHS PROFESIONALS
DESCRIPTION:Program Unit 1: General and special measures in the field of occupational safety and health: \nSUBJECT:\nChronic workplace fatigue and a healthy working environment \nDate and time: 16. 5. 2024. / 10.00 h\nLocation: TEHPRO d.o.o\, Lole Ribara 120\, 11250 Belgrade \nWe invite you to join us on a workshop where\, we are going to discuss\, chronic fatigue syndrome and the importance of early recognizing the symptoms and responding to them. \nWHY THIS TOPIC? \nChronic fatigue syndrome is a serious condition that drastically impairs health if it is not delt with in time. Since the mechanisms and causes of occurrence have become the subject of study of the psychophysiology of work\, our experts will\, from many different perspectives\, point out the importance of timely symptoms recognition\, the manifestations that can impede mental and pro professional state\, which in turn can reflect on work efficiency. We will highlight rights and responsibilities of the employer in preventing\, recognizing and responding to them\, in order to prevent absenteeism caused by this syndrome. \nThere is a strong interaction between employee performance and a healthy work environment. The workshop will discuss a healthy working environment from the point of view of Occupational Medicine\, as well as the importance of creating a healthy working environment\, safety culture\, a clear role in the work process and fair treatment. There will also be presented\, some of the good practice examples. \nGOAL OF THE WORKSHOP\nThrough an interactive approach to this topic\, we will point out the importance of early recognition of the symptoms of this syndrome and offer adequate solutions. \nTARGET GROUPS\nOHS Specialists\, HR managers and specialists in occupational medicine who recognize in themselves or others the symptoms of any stage of this syndrome. \nMETHOD OF REALIZATION\nExperts from Tehpro will have presentations on the topics\, as well as examples of good practice.
