SUMMARY:Jesenji forum BZR 2026: Mesto susreta struke\, prakse i novih perspektiva BZR
DESCRIPTION:U vremenu u kojem se radna okruženja ubrzano menjaju\, a izazovi u oblasti bezbednosti i zdravlja na radu postaju sve kompleksniji\, organizacije više ne mogu posmatrati BZR samo kroz prizmu usklađenosti sa propisima. Savremeni sistemi zahtevaju otpornost\, prilagodljivost\, liderstvo i sposobnost donošenja odluka u nepredvidivim okolnostima. \n\n\n\nUpravo zato će se od 12. do 14. oktobra 2026. godine na Kopaoniku\, u hotelu Grand Hotel & Spa\, održati tradicionalni Jesenji forum BZR 2026\, u organizaciji TEHPRO Centra za edukaciju. \n\n\n\nNa trodnevnom stručnom skupu okupićemo profesionalce\, eksperte i donosioce odluka iz oblasti bezbednosti i zdravlja na radu. \n\n\n\nForum je osmišljen kao prostor otvorenog dijaloga\, razmene iskustava i konkretnih rešenja i mesto gde se bezbednost ne posmatra kao administrativna obaveza\, već kao važan deo poslovne strategije\, organizacione kulture i održivog razvoja. \n\n\n\n„BZR 2026–2030: Od usklađenosti ka otpornim i inteligentnim sistemima bezbednosti“ \n\n\n\nTokom tri dana programa\, učesnici će imati priliku da kroz predavanja\, panel diskusije\, interaktivne radionice i studije slučaja sagledaju kako izgleda budućnost modernih BZR sistema i koje promene već danas oblikuju praksu u Srbiji i regionu. \n\n\n\nCentralna aktivnost ovogodišnjeg programa biće panel diskusija „Gde je BZR danas u Srbiji i regionu i gde želimo da budemo do 2030?“\, koja će okupiti renomirane stručnjake sa dugogodišnjim iskustvom u oblasti bezbednosti i zdravlja na radu\, industrije\, regulative i upravljanja rizicima. \n\n\n\nKroz otvoren dijalog\, učesnici panela analiziraće trenutno stanje sistema BZR u Srbiji i regionu\, identifikovati ključne izazove sa kojima se kompanije i stručnjaci danas suočavaju\, ali i govoriti o konkretnim smernicama za razvoj savremenijeg\, efikasnijeg i proaktivnijeg pristupa bezbednosti na radu do 2030. godine. \n\n\n\nPoseban fokus biće stavljen na ulogu novih tehnologija\, digitalizacije\, analitike podataka i automatizacije procesa u unapređenju BZR sistema\, ali i na značaj ljudskog faktora\, organizacione kulture i kontinuirane edukacije zaposlenih. SUMMARY:Autumn OHs Forum 2026: A Meeting Point for Expertise\, Practice\, and New Perspectives in Occupational Safety and Health
DESCRIPTION:At a time when work environments are rapidly evolving\, and occupational safety and health challenges are becoming increasingly complex\, organisations can no longer view OSH solely through the lens of regulatory compliance.
