At the end of May, we brought together two key departments of our company : the Professional Services Department and the Inspection and Testing Department. Although these teams collaborate on client projects every day, we wanted to dedicate time to strengthening connections, exchanging experiences, and further enhancing our cooperation.
We began the day with a series of professional development sessions, discussing field experiences, current industry challenges, the latest developments in occupational health and safety, fire protection, and technical inspections, as well as opportunities to improve our services and internal processes.

However, the purpose of this gathering extended beyond professional training. We wanted to strengthen the bonds between teams that work closely together daily, foster a more profound understanding of the challenges and needs our colleagues encounter, and build even stronger collaboration across the company.
We believe that exceptional client service starts with strong teamwork. Our goal is not only to successfully deliver individual projects, but also to build long-term partnerships founded on trust, expertise, and reliability. That is why we continuously invest in the development of our employees, the enhancement of their knowledge and skills, and the strengthening of collaboration throughout the organization.

After the working sessions, it was time to enjoy the outdoors. Good food, engaging conversations, sports activities, a walk along the Health Trail, and the beautiful green landscapes of Sumadija provided another opportunity to connect and strengthen relationships in a more informal setting.
