Organised by TEHPRO, the Autumn OHS Forum 2026 took place from 12 to 14 October at the Grand Hotel & Spa on Kopaonik, once again highlighting the importance of professional dialogue, the exchange of experience and collective efforts to shape the future of occupational safety and health.
Held under the theme “OHS 2026–2030: From Compliance to Resilient and Intelligent Safety Systems,” the Forum brought together professionals ready to challenge established approaches and explore solutions that move safety beyond formal obligations and into everyday practice.
Topics That Drive Change. Speakers Who Inspire.
Over three days, the programme featured expert presentations, four interactive workshops and a panel discussion covering key issues shaping the future of occupational safety and health – from mental health, safety culture and leadership to the prevention of serious injuries, artificial intelligence, digitalisation and the Vision Zero concept.
The speakers made a valuable contribution through their expertise, practical examples and openness to discussion, encouraging participants to reflect, exchange experiences and engage actively.
The interactive workshops added another dimension to the Forum. Through teamwork and the analysis of real-life scenarios, participants identified risks, made decisions and reassessed existing practices together.
The “OHS on a Construction Site” VR experience also attracted considerable interest. It offered participants a different perspective on identifying workplace risks while demonstrating the potential of virtual reality in modern training.
The energy of the participants, the quality of the discussions and their willingness to share knowledge are what made this year’s Forum truly special.
More Than a Professional Programme
The Autumn OHS Forum has long been more than an opportunity for professional development. It is a place for colleagues to meet, exchange experience, build new connections and strengthen professional relationships.
The first evening offered a relaxed cocktail reception, providing an opportunity for conversation and new introductions. The gala dinner on the second evening was about more than socialising: music, a lively atmosphere and the traditional prize draw, with special gifts for the luckiest participants, made it a memorable occasion.
These informal gatherings further enriched the Forum and once again demonstrated that a successful event is shaped not only by its topics and presentations, but also by its people, shared moments and sense of belonging to a professional community.
Results That Reflect Quality
The high ratings participants gave in the final evaluation confirmed the quality of the Forum’s professional programme, speakers and organisation.
Their feedback particularly highlighted the speakers’ expertise and professionalism, the practical relevance of the knowledge shared, open communication and creatively designed workshops.
We were especially pleased that participants expressed a desire for even more interactive content in future programmes. This further reinforced the value of active participation and the exchange of experience in professional development.
For TEHPRO, this feedback is a valuable recognition of our work to date and an incentive to keep improving programmes that respond to the real needs of the professional community.
TEHPRO – Continuing to Set Standards
The Autumn OHS Forum 2026 once again demonstrated how essential knowledge, experience, collaboration and open dialogue are to the development of modern occupational safety and health systems.
Thank you to all participants for your trust, active contribution and outstanding energy, and to our speakers for their expertise, commitment and professionalism.
We leave Kopaonik with fresh ideas, valuable experience and renewed motivation for future gatherings.
Because the future of occupational safety and health does not wait until 2030. It is being built today.
