It is a legal obligation of all employers to regulate the employment and legal status of hired personnel, organize occupational health and safety (OHS) and appoint their advisors/associates. The regulations allow employees to elect their representatives and form the OHS Committee. Unions have a natural function to fight for the improvement of working conditions.
COOPERATION AND COORDINATION
Understanding own position is in the System of BZR and cooperation and coordination, of all these categories of employees in a business entity are of key importance for the continuous improvement of the protection of people in the work processes.
FOR ALL OHS EXPERTS
Therefore, Tehpro organizes a traditional autumn meeting for OHS professionals, and others that are involved in any capacity in the field of health and safety at work:
ASSOCIATES/ADVISORS (OHS EXPERTS), ELECTED REPRESENTATIVES OF EMPLOYEES AND MEMBERS OF THE OHS COMMITTEE, REPRESENTATIVES OF UNIONS, HEADS OF LEGAL SERVICES, HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGERS AND OTHER MANAGERS OF THE EMPLOYER RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAFE CONDUCT OF WORK PROCESS.
METHOD OF REALIZATION
Through lectures, panel discussions and workshops, all current OHS issues will be discussed and examples of best practice of joint work on improving health and safety at work will be presented. Experts from Tehpro will prepare introductory statements and lead thematic panels and workshops, and their good practice can be presented by other participants at the meeting.
REGISTRATION FEE FOR PARTICIPANTS
25,000 RSD. (excluding VAT)
*For our regular clients, as well as for new participants who apply / pay, by May 31, 2024, we grant a discount of 20%.
Discount fee: 20,000 RSD. (excluding VAT).
The registration fee includes participation in the forum, coffee service during breaks and a gala dinner on the first day of the forum.

Preferential prices of accommodation in hotel Tonanti for participants of the forum:
• single room (1/1), overnight stay with half board 10.550 rsd;
• double room (1/2), overnight stay with half board 12.900 rsd (6.450 rsd per person);
*The price includes overnight stay, half board service and use of wellness and spa center.
*Lunch surcharge is 2,250 RSD per meal.
*The price does not include tourist tax, which is 160 rsd per person, as well as parking per day, in the amount of 500 RSD.
Room reservation is made by calling number j 066/0500-09 or 066/0500-00, as well as by e-mail prodaja@hoteltonanti.rs.
To confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 40% of the total amount of the accommodation is required, the rest until the arrival of the guest.
You will receive instructions for paying the advance part directly from the hotel after booking the accommodation.
Preferential prices are valid for advance payments of accommodation until September 16, 2024. After that, reservations will be made on request and according to capacity availability.
