Chronic workplace fatigue and a healthy working environment

We invite you to join us on a workshop where, we are going to discuss, chronic fatigue syndrome and the importance of early recognizing the symptoms and responding to them.

WHY THIS TOPIC?

Chronic fatigue syndrome is a serious condition that drastically impairs health if it is not delt with in time. Since the mechanisms and causes of occurrence have become the subject of study of the psychophysiology of work, our experts will, from many different perspectives, point out the importance of timely symptoms recognition, the manifestations that can impede mental and pro professional state, which in turn can reflect on work efficiency. We will highlight rights and responsibilities of the employer in preventing, recognizing and responding to them, in order to prevent absenteeism caused by this syndrome.

There is a strong interaction between employee performance and a healthy work environment. The workshop will discuss a healthy working environment from the point of view of Occupational Medicine, as well as the importance of creating a healthy working environment, safety culture, a clear role in the work process and fair treatment. There will also be presented, some of the good practice examples.

GOAL OF THE WORKSHOP
Through an interactive approach to this topic, we will point out the importance of early recognition of the symptoms of this syndrome and offer adequate solutions.

TARGET GROUPS
OHS Specialists, HR managers and specialists in occupational medicine who recognize in themselves or others the symptoms of any stage of this syndrome.

METHOD OF REALIZATION
Experts from Tehpro will have presentations on the topics, as well as examples of good practice. There will be a self-assessment of the level of stress, which is the main cause of chronic fatigue syndrome, discussion will be held on key issues, examples from participants of their own experiences and successful /unsuccessful ways of overcoming this problem.
