People at the Center of Occupational Safety and Health Systems – from Regulatory Requirements to Real Prevention

Traditionally, ahead of the Occupational Safety and Health Day, Tehpro organizes a professional conference addressing current OSH challenges.

Modern occupational safety and health systems can no longer rely solely on procedures and documentation. Real prevention begins where people become active participants in the system – through safety culture, management accountability, quality training, psychological safety, and everyday practices in the field.

At this conference, OSH will be examined from several key perspectives: human factors and behavior, employee engagement, the role of management, practical system implementation in industry, warehouses, and construction, as well as current EU trends and the connection between safety and ESG principles.
