Modern occupational safety and health (BZR) goes beyond administration and formalities. Today, experts and organizations are expected to actively manage risks, systematically develop a safety culture, and achieve measurable results, including meeting ESG requirements.

BZR PROACTIVE is an integrated series of four interconnected thematic modules, designed for BZR consultants and collaborators, managers, members of leadership, and anyone who holds practical responsibility for the safety of people and the legal security of the organization. The program is designed to enable participants to:
• Respond correctly in critical situations (injuries, inspections, incidents),
• Connect daily BZR activities with ESG principles,
• Systematically improve safety beyond mere legal compliance.

Each module can be attended individually, but together they form a complete and logical sequence – therefore, each subsequent module is offered at a reduced price, with the greatest value achieved by attending all four.

How existing BZR documentation, procedures, and records are translated into ESG indicators and how formal compliance becomes a real safety culture.
